2.4 mil (0.06mm) exclusive of liner. 0.4 mil clear polyester film coated on both sides with a modified solvent free water based acrylic adhesive. Light blue siliconized paper liner. Adheres to nearly all materials, even to difficult surfaces like foams and PE film. Good alternative to adhesive transfer tapes as it is thin, hand tearable, and easier to apply by hand. Very good temperature, UV, aging and water vapor resistance. No plasticier migration. Can be used for splicng, bonding, and laminanting paper, corrugated paper, films, plastics, foils, etc. For mounting nameplates, keyboard addemblies; laminating various webs. Adhesion (1 hr. dwell): 47 oz/in. Tensile: 4 lbs/in. Temperature resistance: -40ºF to +212ºF continuos (up to +285ºF short term). Elongation: 20%. 3" neutral core/carton.
