Double Coated Tapes With Differential Adhesion
Polyester
0.5 mil (12 micron). clear polyester film 3.0 mils total,
differentially coated with a removable/permanent bond synthetic rubber adhesive system. Product is supplied with a 3 mil semi-bleached siliconized paper release liner. The liner side is coated with a low tack, highly removable clear adhesive system which exhibits moderate adhesion to a variety of surfaces, but has excellent removability. The exposed side is coated with an aggressive high tack, permanent clear synthetic copolymer adhesive which forms a long-term bond immediately upon contact. Complies with the FDA Code of Regulations. Tile 21, Part 175, Subpart B, Section 175.105, which covers the use of adhesive tapes for indirect food contact. Adhesion: 80 oz/in.(exposed), 10 oz/in (liner side). Tensile strength: 10 lbs/in. Elongation: 50% at break. Temperature range: 0ºF to +150ºF. Application range: 60ºF to +120ºF. 3" neutral core
